Vegetables; Okra, Watermelon, Groundnuts, Black-eyed Peas, Cabbage, Carrots, Maize - corn, Groundnuts, Sweet Potatoes, irish Potatoes

Meats; Chicken, Pork, Beef, Fish of various varieties
Spices; Garlic, Aligator pepper, clovesblack pepper, corns, cardamom, nutmeg, turmeric, curry

Other; Rice, Yams, Cassava, Cocoyam e.t.c

Hey! Coming back following my feed reader. Will you suggest one traditional nigerian recipe without Beef, or Pork! We don not eat both. No problem with anything else. It will be great, if you can suggest recipe on fishes.
